Matthias Church was so unique, especially when you consider the amazing view it has of city.
Aside from the roof, the exterior of Matthias Church doesn't look much different than other Gothic churches, but on the inside it takes on a life of its own.
The church really had a character unlike any I've ever been in!

The Fisherman's Bastion

The Bastion is perched on the top of the hill on the Buda side of the city.
We stayed at the Fisherman's Bastion until sunset to be able to see an overlook of the city at night.
