The botanical garden had numerous areas; some were more manicured while others took on a more natural appearance.
I found this patch of ferns to be enchanting.
The ponds and little outbuildings made the gardens quite picturesque.
I thought this rock with the spiraling Fibonacci-esque succulents was really intriguing.
This section of the gardens was dedicated to mountain plants.
While Munich is undoubtedly an urban metropolis, it certainly does not lack green space with its numerous parks and gardens.
I loved the colors and density of this flower bed.
While the main reason I was there was to look at the natural elements, I often found myself examining the built environment as well.
