Many of the buildings in the Veneto have a profferlo, or outdoor staircase.
This is part the complex of the Palazzo Comunale, or town hall.
I got to peek in the church of Sant'Anastasia enough to see the incredible ceiling.
The entry to the courtyard of the real Capulet family house, where you can see "Juliet's Balcony" is full of lovers’ notes.
The medieval Castelvecchio was a nice contrast to the Renaissance palazzi that line the road it’s on.

The entrance to the Gusti Gardens reveals only a fraction of its natural beauty.
